Gently rinse off just once or twice, as rice-bran was removed in advance.

4. Serve!

When finished cooking, loosen the cooked rice well with rice spoon to let the excess moisture go away.

【How to Cook Rice】

1. Put 1 bottle of PeboRa rice (300g) in a rice cooker and pour approx. 450cc water (or to the level of 2 gou scale in the cooker).

2. Soak it in the water for 20 to 30 minutes, and turn on the rice cooker. (If you don't have time, you can switch on without waiting. The cooked rice will be slightly hard.)

3. Stir the rice immediately after finishing cooking, so that you can make the rice loose and soft.

【Suitable Water】

Basically soft water is suitable for Japanese rice. We recommend to use mineral water.

Ingredients
1 bottle (300g) PeboRa rice
A pinch of salt
Dried laver or parched sesame, as much as you like

* Cook rice according to "How to Cook Rice."

4. Put cooked rice for one Onigiri in a small cooking bowl or a rice bowl.
5. Turn over the bowl and place the rice on a dish or cutting board.
6. Place a filling (ham, canned tuna or whatever you like) on the center of rice.
7. Spread a pinch of salt over your palms and make a ball of rice by rolling it gently in hands.
8. Enjoy a tasty rick ball just as it is. You can add flavor by wrapping it with a sheet of laver or sprincling with sesame.
Tip: Make sure you wash your hands and wipe away the water completely before wrapping with a laver. Avoid adding too much salt or moisture to enjoy the original flavor.
Tip: Try to make a ball while the rice is hot!
